  • Personalized or custom-made jackets may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

  • You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back to us.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team to fill out an exchange request form.
  • If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
